● Free Standard Delivery is available on all orders over £349.99 (excluding VAT).

● Orders under £350.00 (excluding VAT) will incur a delivery charge of £15.00 + VAT.

1.2 Delivery Times

● Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of order confirmation.

● We aim to deliver most orders on a next working day basis, subject to stock availability and order time.

● Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to external factors beyond our control.

1.3 Delivery Areas

● We deliver to addresses within the UK Mainland. Delivery outside these areas (e.g. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands) incur additional costs.

2. Returns Policy

2.1 Return Eligibility

● Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

● Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

● Certain items (such as bespoke or made-to-order) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

2.2 How to Return an Item To initiate a return:

2. We will provide instructions on how and where to return the item(s). Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.

2.3 Return Costs

● The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

● We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return.

2.4 Refunds

● Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

● Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
