Fire Rated Foam

Fire tested to BS476: PT20+22 and tested to BSEN ISO 140/3. Achieved 55 DB RW for sealing linear gaps and small floor/wall penetrations. Blue 60 is a specially formulated expanding foam that gives up to 60 minutes fire protection to timber doorsets.

Fire 60 offers a range of ironmongery protection from bespoke kits to intumescent sheet material. Our exi fire range is manufactured from a high performance 1mm flexible intumescent and has been tested to BS EN 1634-1 and BS 476 pt22. Exi fire protects ironmongery installed on fire doors, without compromising the integrity of the fire doors assembly.
